Job Description:

Position: Human Resources and Administration Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the overall development strategy of the company, assist the general manager in formulating talent development strategic plans for various departments, corporate culture construction, and other mid - to long-term personnel management work of the company;

2. According to the company's corporate development strategy, guide administrative human resource planning, and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual human resource development plans as well as various human resource cost accounting;

3. Establish and improve the human resource management system, formulate and organize the implementation of human resource management systems (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development, etc.);

4. Responsible for departmental team management, skilled in identifying and selecting various mid to senior level talents, and improving the company's talent reserve and team building;

5. Based on the actual situation and current personnel structure of the company, regularly provide special suggestions to the general manager on human resources strategy, organizational construction, administrative management, etc., and provide human resources information support for major decisions of the company;

6. Standardize the company's human resources and administrative management system, formulate and improve various administrative systems, provide various administrative and logistical support, and promptly handle major issues in the company's personnel and administrative management.


Qualifications for the position:

Age: 35-45 years old

Education: Full time undergraduate degree or above

High personal qualities, sense of responsibility, integrity, and strong communication skills

More than 3 years of operational management experience, with priority given to those who have served as project managers.

Proficient in using office software

Job Responsibilities:

Under the leadership of the Operations Director, fulfill, manage, and serve Party A well.

1. Supervise the implementation of security job responsibilities and systems, familiarize and master the basic situation of the team, educate all security team members to maintain high vigilance regularly, and ensure the safety of customer units and internal personnel;
