Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize team members to learn security knowledge, relevant regulations on duty patrols, clarify the scope of responsibilities, and continuously improve their professional quality and work level;

2. Strengthen the business training of the security team; Arrange on duty, on duty, patrol work, and conduct supervision and inspection;

3. Organize daily safety work inspections and promptly handle various customer complaints about security work;

4. Supervise and inspect the performance of daily safety inspection personnel's duties;

5. Ensure the safety management of personnel in this project, familiarize oneself with the internal situation of the team, grasp the ideological dynamics of personnel, and ensure the safety of the team;

6. Carry out attendance and psychological counseling for team members;

7. Timely handling of emergencies;

8. Regularly report work to superiors;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 

Qualifications for the position:

Age: 35-45 years old

Gender: Male

Education: Veterans with a high school diploma or above, or those with experience in large-scale property management, are given priority consideration.
